At OmicsFi we believe in the implementation of P4 medicine for effective delivery of personalized healthcare. P4 medicine exhorts predictive, preventive, personalized, and participatory strategies for optimal outcomes for maintaining health and curing diseases. At OmicsFi we are striving to adopt informatics approaches to extend the benefits of P4 medicine to a larger population, to improve the precision and access of healthcare with the optimization of the cost of advanced healthcare solutions. We realize that there is a huge scope for innovation in healthcare services with the implementation of advanced bioinformatics and digital medicine.


Neoantigen peptide vaccine strategy for cancer patients is a highly ‘personalized’ approach where antigenic properties of mutant peptides can be exploited for activation of the immune system to identify and destroy the cancer cells. This requires translational approaches for personalized multi-omic analyses which include the implementation of genomics, transcriptomic, and proteomics.


Digital medicine is emerging as an integrative approach to patient care. The use of healthcare data devices that can continuously record patient data such as heart rate, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), etc. can generate highly “personalized” data resources that can be used for “predictive” and“preventive” purposes. heart rate, activity data and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data can enable us to predict and prevent events like hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia in the diabetic patients. This also requires active participation of the patients for data sharing which covers the “participatory” aspect of P4 medicine. All these processes for data acquisition, storage and analyses can be integrated in a digital medicine pipeline for delivering personalized solutions to patients.


At OmicsFi we aim to create a holistic 360-degree clinical informatics resource for digital representation of the patient’s health data which can be of translational utility for devising personalized precision medicine healthcare strategies.
