Selection Process

Mandatory submission of comprehensive CV.

Detailed assessment through initial CV screening, structured interview process with evaluation of research potential and communication skills.

Program Structure
Duration: 12 months
The program is divided into three phases, focusing on scientific communication, research exposure, and thematic projects.
Sci-Com
Objectives
Develop foundational skills in scientific writing and communication.
Focus on oral presentations (CellTalk), scientific writing (weekly synthesis), and optional digital skills.
Outcome
Participants gain structured exposure to core science communication formats and tools. Peer review and instructor feedback help refine skills.

Thematic Research will be commenced based on the performance in Sci-Com (aggregate of 90% is compulsory). The progress of individual research projects can be done based on the performance in the Sci-Com phase.
Technical Requirements

Laptop with a working microphone and webcam.

Stable internet (minimum speed 10 Mbps).

Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Meet.
